As much or as little as you prefer. We structure feedback sessions at the end of each phase so you only need to review and approve, not manage the work. Most clients spend 2–4 hours per week on their project during active development.
Minor changes are handled within our revision rounds at no extra cost. For significant scope changes — like adding a new feature category or changing the platform — we'll agree on a small change order before proceeding.
Ideally, yes — your content (product descriptions, brand story, photography) makes the final product much stronger. However, we can write content and source placeholder images to unblock development, which you can swap for final assets before launch.
30 days of complimentary support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, you can continue with a maintenance retainer or manage the store yourself — we give you everything you need to be self-sufficient.
